Dah, It's fun. Tell Floyd he needs to get a nike+. Our group is growing. We've got a whole 4 people now!!
Between the 2 of us we're trying to run at least 300 miles before our wedding. We're almost halfway there!
you guys rock! what's a nike+? if my knees weren't so bad i'd run, but i'll stick with walking. 2 miles yesterday ! ha ha
www.nikeplus.com This is how Kim and I first started being virtual running buddies last summer. FYI-The Nike+ system also has a setting for walking :) It's kind of like a glorified pedometer, but has a fun technological angle to it.
