Easter

Nam and I had a great Easter dinner yesterday. I made a delicious ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and green beans. As usual, I really need to learn to cook in smaller quantities!

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday. We were thinking of you all :)

Rob and Nam, I enjoy reading your blog. Robyn, you are quite the writer! The trick to cooking too much is to cook too much of everything. Then portion it out so you have a little vegetable, meat, potato, or whatever, in divided tupperware containers. Freeze these. Then you will have quick meals for those nights when it takes 4 hours to get home from work.
Congratulations to Nam on his being an official Graduate. Good luck on the house. Have fun with Kim and Peggy.
